In Ago-Iwoye, Ogun State, Aletheia University was officially inaugurated, marking a significant milestone in the pursuit of accessible education.

The grand inaugural ceremony showcased the institution’s commitment to providing education as an inherent right for all. With nearly two million candidates applying for tertiary institutions across Nigeria, the limited capacity of existing establishments has created a pressing need for increased access. Aletheia University, founded by Maj. Gen. Sansadeen Awosanya (rtd), aims to bridge this gap by offering a world-class learning environment.

Governor Dapo Abiodun, in his statement, emphasized the importance of addressing the access to education issue through a dual approach. By augmenting the carrying capacity of current institutions and establishing new ones, such as Aletheia University, the government aims to provide more opportunities for aspiring students. The Learner Identification Number (LIN) system, implemented exclusively in Ogun State, further enhances the tracking of students’ educational journeys, ensuring a seamless learning experience.

With the visionary leadership of Maj. Gen. Sansadeen Awosanya (rtd) and the support of the government, Aletheia University stands as a beacon of hope for those seeking quality education. The institution’s commitment to creating a world-class establishment, coupled with an unparalleled learning environment, will undoubtedly pave the way for a brighter future for students in Nigeria.
