Oluwabukola Sekinat Ajoke Wright, a.k.a. Bukky Wright, was born in Nigeria on March 31, 1967. She is an actress, businesswoman, and politician. She runs the fashion house B Collections and the beauty spa B Wright.

Bukky was born in Abeokuta, Nigeria, to a Muslim mother and a Christian father. She studied at the University of Lagos, where she graduated with a bachelor’s in economics. In 1996, Bukky started her career as an actor. Her acting credits include several Yoruba and English Nollywood films, as well as the television series Super Story by Wale Adenuga. Bukky Wright ran for the position of Honorable in the Ogun State House of Assembly in 2014 on the Social Democratic Party (SDP), which was headed by former governor Olusegun Osoba.

She has acted in films such as Saworo Ide, Abeni, Gidi Blues, Outkast, Omotara Johnson, Red Hot, Iyohe, When Love Happens, Special Jollof, and others.

Bukky Wright is a married mother of two boys, Gbenga and Eniola. She became a grandmother when one of her sons had a child.
