Odulate Hails Ogun East Leaders for Backing Abiodun’s 2027 Senate Bid

The Executive Chairman of Sagamu Local Government, Jubril Odulate, has commended elders, political leaders, and stakeholders across Ogun East for endorsing Dapo Abiodun as the consensus senatorial candidate for the 2027 general elections.

 

Odulate spoke following a stakeholders’ meeting held at Adeola Odutola Hall in Ijebu-Ode, where the endorsement was announced.

 

He described the decision as timely and strategic, noting that it reflects the collective position of the people of Ogun East.

 

The council chairman said the endorsement was based on Abiodun’s track record in office, citing ongoing infrastructural development and governance style that has attracted support across the state.

 

Odulate added that the governor, popularly known as “Koseleri,” has shown capacity for effective representation, expressing confidence that his move to the Senate would strengthen advocacy for projects and policies beneficial to Ogun East.

 

He also pointed to the unity displayed at the meeting as a positive sign ahead of the 2027 elections.

 

Odulate congratulated stakeholders in the senatorial district and said he would continue to support efforts aimed at promoting development and cohesion across Ogun East.
