Babaganaru Quits Lobi Stars After One Month, Cites Players’ Lack of Dedication
Lobi Stars’ recently appointed technical adviser, Mohammed Babaganaru, has left his position at the beleaguered Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) side.
Babaganaru left the Pride of Makurdi barely a month after his appointment. The two-time NPFL winning coach reportedly left the team’s training session on Monday.
Babaganaru cited a lack of dedication from the players as the reason for his decision to leave the club.
Lobi Stars are currently languishing at the bottom of the league table.
They have recorded five wins, eight draws, and 15 defeats in 28 league matches. Lobi Stars will slug it out with Bayelsa United this weekend in Yenagoa.
