His mother, Fijabi Oyindamola Omotayo, who had made a public appeal for help in finding him, announced on Saturday that her son has been located. “My son has been found,” she shared on Facebook. Babcock University’s Director of Marketing and Communications, Dr. Joshua Suleiman, corroborated the news on Sunday, stating the university is aware Siwajuola has been found. Previously, Omotayo had expressed significant distress after dropping her son off at the university on Sunday, April 27, 2025, and subsequently losing contact with him.
