Caucus 7202 Continues Educational Support Initiative with Free Exercise Books

Caucus 7202, Ijebu East Local Government Chapter, has continued its educational support initiative with the distribution of free exercise books to pupils of St. Joseph Primary School in Ogbere, Ijebu.
The programme is aimed at supporting grassroots education and easing the cost of basic school supplies for families, particularly those facing financial difficulties. Organisers said the distribution forms part of the group’s ongoing commitment to helping pupils access the materials they need for learning.
The exercise was welcomed by pupils, who received the books with excitement. Parents and guardians present at the school also praised the initiative, describing the donation as timely assistance and a sign of concern for children’s educational needs.
Some parents credited Caucus 7202’s leadership for advancing what they described as the people-focused ideals of the APC governorship candidate, Senator Solomon Olamilekan Adeola, popularly known as Yayi. They said the programme would benefit families while encouraging pupils to stay focused on their studies.
Speaking during the visit, representatives of Caucus 7202 said the initiative was intended to complement educational interventions in Ijebu East and support the wider development efforts of the Ogun State Government, led by Governor Prince Dapo Abiodun.
The group also reaffirmed its intention to extend the exercise book distribution to public primary schools across Ijebu East Local Government Area. It described the programme as part of a sustained effort to contribute to education at the community level.
Caucus 7202 said it would continue working with local communities to identify ways of supporting pupils and families. The group added that access to basic learning supplies can help reduce some of the pressures faced by parents and make it easier for children to participate in school.
The distribution at St. Joseph Primary School is the latest stop in the initiative. Caucus 7202 said it hoped to reach more schools as the programme continues, and encouraged community members to support efforts that promote learning and educational opportunity for children throughout Ijebu East.
