Ogun State Governor Honors Fallen Heroes, Commends President Tinubu’s Support

Ogun State Governor, Dapo Abiodun, has paid tribute to the brave men and women of the Nigerian Armed Forces who have made the ultimate sacrifice for the nation’s unity and peace.

In a post on his social media page, Governor Abiodun reflected on the courage of these heroes and renewed his commitment to the ideals they stood for.

“We gathered today to honor the sacrifices of our brave men and women in the Nigerian Armed Forces who gave their lives for our nation’s unity and peace,” Governor Abiodun said. “This ceremony is a time to reflect on their courage and renew our commitment to the ideals they stood for.”

The governor also commended President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for his unwavering support of the armed forces, as well as the efforts of the Nigerian Legion in caring for the families of fallen heroes.

In Ogun State, Governor Abiodun reiterated his administration’s dedication to supporting these families and implementing initiatives that foster unity, peace, and economic stability.

“Together, we can build a stronger, more united Nigeria in honor of their legacy,” Governor Abiodun concluded.
