The momentum behind the Yayi Movement remains strong as supporters and influential leaders from all across Ogun State gathered recently in a spirited event that underscored unity, hope, and a shared vision for the state’s future. The gathering, which attracted prominent community figures, youth leaders, and political supporters, demonstrated a broad-based coalition committed to backing Senator Olalekan Solomon (Yayi) bid for leadership and the transformative change he promises to bring.
One of the most prominent voices at the event was Alhaja Asimowu Adelarin Osisanwo, famously known as The Iya Suna of Remo-land. Her presence and heartfelt comments underscored her enthusiasm for the movement’s progress. She expressed her happiness with how the rally unfolded and conveyed her sincere prayers for Hon Yayi’s victory in the upcoming election. Honourable Oluwafemi Onadeko, representing Abeokuta South Ward 3 and serving as President of the Progressive Nation Programme, also spoke passionately about Yayi’s journey toward the 2027 governorship election.
