Tinubu Celebrates 73rd Birthday Today, Calls for Spiritual Guidance for Nigeria

President Bola Tinubu will celebrate his 73rd birthday on Saturday by participating in a special prayer session at the National Mosque in Abuja this Friday, alongside fellow Muslims.

 

Mr. Bayo Onanuga, Tinubu’s Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, shared this information in a statement on Thursday, titled ‘President Tinubu To Mark 73rd Birthday with Special Prayer at the Abuja National Mosque.’

 

Tinubu’s birthday falls during the holy month of Ramadan and is situated two months ahead of the second anniversary of his administration.

 

Onanuga noted that, “On this meaningful occasion, the President will engage in spiritual reflection and prayers for Nigeria’s ongoing peace, progress, and prosperity.”

 

The President’s choice to hold a prayer session highlights his commitment to the spiritual and moral well-being of the nation while emphasizing the importance of seeking divine guidance and strength in leadership. He believes that collective prayer can significantly contribute to steering the country towards progress and harmony.

 

Furthermore, President Tinubu invites the public to join in this prayer session, encouraging citizens to offer their prayers at their local places of worship or in their own spaces, fostering a sense of unity and shared purpose across the nation.

 

In the statement, the President expressed deep gratitude to Nigerians for their continuing support as his administration strives to implement economic reforms, enhance national security, and create opportunities for all.
