Lieutenant General Oladipupo Diya, the former Chief of General Staff, has been laid to rest. The funeral service for Lieutenant General Diya was held in his hometown of Odogbolu, Ogun State, and was attended by family members, friends, and dignitaries from across the country. In attendance were Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, former President Olusegun Obasanjo, Governor Dapo Abiodun and other prominent Nigerians who paid their last respects to the late leader. The service was a solemn occasion, with tributes and prayers offered in memory of Lieutenant General Diya’s remarkable life and career.
