Gateway United FC Introduces New Head Coach Ahead of 2023/24 Season

Gateway United FC has announced the appointment of Samson Omiponle as their new head coach ahead of the 2023/24 football season. The experienced coach has since resumed work with the players in camp and is looking forward to leading the team to success in the new season.

Omiponle, who has previously coached at top clubs in the Nigeria Professional Football League, brings a wealth of experience and tactical nous to the Gateway United technical crew. Speaking on the appointment, the club’s chairman, expressed his delight at having Omiponle on board and stated that the club was confident of achieving its objectives for the season with the new coach at the helm.
