Ogun State Traffic Compliance Agency Officials Conduct Familiarization Visit to Ayetoro Divisional Command

 

The Director of Admin & Supplies at the Ogun State Traffic Compliance and Enforcement Agency (TCC/CEO), Alhaji Adeduntan Abubakar, led a team on a familiarization visit to the Ayetoro Divisional Command earlier today to strengthen collaboration and foster effective communication.

 

Accompanied by the Head of Public Relations and Advocacy Services (HPRAS), CDR. OJUORO OLUSOLA, DFA representative Mr. Okubajo T, and Mr. Oyeledun Adekunle, the team was warmly received by the Deputy Area Commander, CDR. SOKENU S. S., and The DC, CDR. SALAKO K. S.

During the visit, HPRAS delivered a goodwill message on behalf of the TCC/CEO Cdr ‘Seni Ogunyemi, emphasizing the significance of the visit. The Director of Admin & Supplies, Alhaji Adeduntan Abubakar, and his entourage were officially introduced to the operatives of the Ayetoro Divisional Command.

 

The Director addressed the operatives on several important matters, including the importance of maintaining an attendance register, punctuality, the newly introduced Health Insurance Scheme with its benefits and procedures, and the extension of annual leave from January to October, approved by the TCC/CEO.

 

Additionally, the Director highlighted the significance of possessing an ID card and encouraged all operatives to project a positive image of the agency while carrying out their legitimate duties.

 

The representative of the DFA underscored the need for timely submission of promotion letters, elaborated on the opportunities for operatives to benefit from car or motorcycle refurbished loans, and assured them of an open-door policy for consultations.

 

Before concluding the visit, attendance was taken, and a group photograph was captured to commemorate the occasion.
