Bash Continuing Educational Centre Hosts Successful Seminar for UTME Students in Sagamu

In a bid to provide students with the necessary tools for success, Bash Continuing Educational Centre held its annual seminar for students preparing to sit for their UTME examinations.

 

The seminar, held at the prestigious Ewusi of Makun’s palace in Makun, Sagamu, was attended by over 700 students, educationists, teachers, and tutors.

 

During the seminar, Mr. Sotuminu Bashiru A., the director of Bash Continuing Education, encouraged students to continue their preparations diligently, emphasizing the importance of this opportunity for their tertiary education. He urged them to stay focused and avoid distractions, as they could hinder their chances of achieving the desired results.

Mr. Adeleke Amos, a senior lecturer and HOD of the computer science department at Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, shared valuable advice with the students, saying, “Success in your UTME examinations requires dedication and discipline. Stay committed to your studies, manage your time effectively, and seek help when needed. Remember, hard work pays off, and this seminar is a stepping stone towards your academic goals.”

 

The presence of the Ewusi of Makun, Oba Timothy Akinsanya, added a regal touch to the event, further highlighting the significance of education in the community.
