Sagamu Local Government Implements Safety Measures to Ensure Security, Decency

In a bid to ensure the safety and security of residents, the Sagamu Local Government has announced the implementation of new restrictions.

Effective immediately, the operation hours for okada riders and maruwa operators will be from 6:00 am to 7:00 pm. This measure aims to regulate their activities and promote orderliness on the roads.

Additionally, the local government has prohibited nudity and adult entertainment establishments in the Sagamu area. Residents are urged to dress appropriately and refrain from engaging in indecent behavior, particularly during nighttime.

“Non-compliance with these instructions will carry serious consequences, as the local government is committed to upholding these rules for the benefit of all. Those who are unable to adhere to the restrictions are advised to consider relocating to their hometown, state, or even another country.” The statement added.

By implementing these measures, the Sagamu Local Government aims to create a secure and respectful environment for all residents.
