Sagamu LG Chairman Welcomes President Tinubu to Ogun for Airport Commissioning, Aircraft Launch
The Executive Chairman of Sagamu Local Government, Jubril Olasile Odulate, has welcomed President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to Ogun State for the commissioning of the Ogun State Air Cargo Airport and the launch of a newly acquired state aircraft.
Odulate described the projects as a major boost to the state’s economy, noting that they would enhance connectivity and open up new investment opportunities. He said the development underscores the strategic vision of Governor Dapo Abiodun in positioning Ogun as a leading hub for commerce and logistics in Nigeria and the West African sub-region.
The council boss congratulated the governor on what he called a landmark achievement, commending his administration’s focus on infrastructure and economic growth. He added that the impact of the projects would be felt across generations.
Odulate also expressed the readiness of Sagamu Local Government to support policies and initiatives aimed at driving progress and sustaining economic development in the state, describing the moment as a proud one for the people of Ogun.
