Brand Agreement Terminated: Promiseland Innovation Dissolves Tonto Dikeh’s Ambassadorship.

Promiseland Innovation Limited, the company behind the WEALTH App, has officially terminated its brand ambassador agreement with Nigerian actress Tonto Dikeh, citing unfulfilled contractual obligations. The decision was announced through a press statement signed by the company’s Executive Director, Mrs. Gift Emmanuel, and dated September 15, 2026.

According to the statement, the termination followed a review of Dikeh’s performance under the agreement. The company expressed dissatisfaction with her failure to meet the promotional objectives outlined in the contract. A scheduled performance review meeting for September 7, 2026, was intended to assess her obligations and discuss the way forward; however, the meeting did not hold as Dikeh failed to attend. As a result, the company exercised its contractual right to end the ambassadorship immediately.

Promise Land Innovation Limited confirmed that Dikeh was formally notified of the termination. Despite this development, the company wished her well in her future endeavors. The firm emphasized that the termination of her role as brand ambassador would not impact its core business operations. It reiterated its commitment to providing innovative solutions in real estate investment management through the WEALTH App and thanked its subscribers, partners, and the general public for their continued support.

This development marks a significant turn in Dikeh’s endorsement deals, which had previously seen her representing various brands in Nigeria. The company’s decision underscores the importance of meeting contractual obligations in brand ambassadorship agreements, especially in competitive markets where performance directly influences ongoing partnerships.

As of now, Tonto Dikeh has not publicly responded to the termination. Industry observers suggest that the move highlights the high expectations brands have for ambassadors to actively promote their products and fulfill promotional commitments. The situation also raises questions about the standards and accountability in influencer marketing and brand endorsement deals in Nigeria.

Promise Land Innovation Limited assured its stakeholders and users of the WEALTH App that the company remains dedicated to its mission of delivering innovative solutions for real estate investment. It expressed gratitude to its users and reaffirmed its pledge to creating lasting value through its services.

The controversy surrounding the termination serves as a reminder of the evolving landscape of brand endorsements, emphasizing the need for clear contractual obligations and accountability from all parties involved.
