Access Holdings Clears Board Stage for 2026 Half-Year Results
Access Holdings Plc has completed the board-level review of its audited financial statements for the six-month period ended June 30, 2026.
The company’s Board of Directors approved the Group’s audited interim consolidated and separate financial statements at a meeting held on August 27, 2026.
The approval represents a key step toward the release of the company’s half-year financial results. Access Holdings said the statements will now undergo the required regulatory process, including approval by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), before they are made available to the investing public.
The financial statements are expected to be released after the regulatory approval process is completed, in line with applicable reporting requirements.
Access Holdings had earlier indicated that the publication of its audited half-year results was subject to the completion of the audit and regulatory approval.
The company’s latest disclosure therefore confirms that the board has approved the financial statements, while the results themselves remain pending regulatory approval and public release.
