In a formal ceremony held on the 30th of April, Dr. Lekan Fadolapo, the Registrar and Chief Executive Officer of the Advertising Regulatory Council of Nigeria (ARCON), officiated the swearing-in of Hon. (Otunba) Tola Olutayo as the new Vice President of the Ogun State Advertising Practitioners Association (OGAPASS). The event also saw the induction of other key members into the State Executive Committee.
