FG Expands Youth Entrepreneurship Support Through NiYA

The Nigerian Youth Academy (NiYA), under the Federal Ministry of Youth Development, is strengthening its support for young Nigerian entrepreneurs through programmes focused on entrepreneurship development, mentorship and business growth.

NiYA provides young Nigerians with opportunities to develop relevant skills, receive mentorship and access entrepreneurship support aimed at improving their capacity to establish and grow sustainable businesses.

The Federal Ministry of Youth Development has also implemented the NiYA Startup Pitch Programme, which provides selected young entrepreneurs with funding and business-development support.

The initiative forms part of the Federal Government’s broader efforts to equip young Nigerians with the skills, knowledge and opportunities needed to participate actively in entrepreneurship and economic development.

Through NiYA, the Federal Government continues to promote youth entrepreneurship by providing platforms for skills development, mentorship and support for young Nigerians seeking to build sustainable businesses.
