In a vibrant display of creativity and enthusiasm, young children aged 3 to 10 gathered today at the Limitless Learners center for an engaging after-school program focused on the fascinating world of colors. The event, held on July 4th, showcased a series of lively activities designed to stimulate the children’s curiosity and enhance their learning abilities beyond traditional classroom settings.
The day kicked off with a colorful painting session, where kids eagerly picked up brushes and palettes to bring their imagination to life. From bright reds and cheerful yellows to calming blues and vibrant greens, the children expressed their personalities through their art, turning blank canvases into lively masterpieces. The atmosphere was filled with joy and excitement as parents, teachers, and peers watched on with admiration.
Following the painting activities, a dynamic Question and Answer (Q&A) segment kept the children on their toes. Questions ranged from identifying different colors to understanding how colors mix to create new shades. The kids showcased impressive knowledge, confidently answering questions and explaining their color choices. Their enthusiasm was contagious, and many students won fun prizes such as color pencils, sketchbooks, and educational toys, further motivating them to learn.
Speaking with our correspondent, Miss Adenike Odukoya, the Senior Impacter of Limitless Learners, expressed her dedication to improving the educational experiences of young learners. “Our goal is to go beyond the conventional curriculum and ignite a passion for learning in children,” she said. “Colors are not just about painting; they help develop cognitive skills, improve concentration, and boost creativity. That’s why we focus on fun, interactive activities that make learning enjoyable and meaningful.”
Miss Odukoya emphasized the importance of after-school programs in nurturing well-rounded children. “Many children spend the majority of their day in school, but learning shouldn’t stop there.
