‘ Dear Kaffy’ Concludes Successful Three-Day London Theatre Run
BAP Productions’ stage play, Dear Kaffy: Diary of a Single Woman in Lagos, has concluded its three-day London engagement at the Shaw Theatre.
The production was staged from August 7 to 9, 2026, with performances at 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. each day, according to the theatre’s official programme.
The play follows Kikelomo Olota, a 35-year-old woman navigating relationships, family expectations and societal pressures in Lagos. Through humour, music and drama, the production explores themes of love, identity, self-worth and cultural expectations.
The London presentation marked BAP Productions’ latest effort to take Nigerian theatre and African storytelling to international audiences, following earlier presentations of the production in Nigeria and South Africa.
The London run has now ended, with the production adding another international stage to its growing theatre journey.
